It's been a while....

I can't believe 3 weeks have gone by since my last post. Well i am glad to be able to update again. It's great to see the comments left on my last post; I want to thank each and every one of you for your encouraging words and of course your prayers. I hope you are all keeping OK.

The Lord got me through the surgery and apart from a few minor complications i am recovering. I have an infected hematoma under my wound which i am told is a blood clot that must have formed after some bleeding during surgery. The Doctors say my body should re-absorb it once the infection clears so they have adopted a wait and see approach. I am taking a strong antibiotic so Lord willing it will do it's job. I go back to the hospital this Wednesday to check on it.

I have to say i have enjoyed the rest whilst i have been recuperating; my mom and husband and the kids have been a great help. It is a bit frustrating not to able to do any heavy housework but hopefully it wont be too much longer before i can get back to normality. My poor little girl has had a lot of extra chores to do around the house but i know it's good for her. She makes me laugh sometimes with the remarks she comes out with; she always says when she gets married that she hopes her husband isn't messy.Sometimes she sounds like a grown woman. My wee Jade.The Lord has really blessed my husband and I with our kids. You can see a biGG difference in a child that is being brought up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord and a child who is left to himself. The Bible once again proven true.
